We do our absolute best to provide you with as much information & detail for each design, though if you still have questions, drop us a note, we're more than happy to help.

Please also read through our Shipping & Returns + Policies pages prior to making a purchase.

* WHERE TO FIND US : : You can shop online at our website, treasureswild.com, in our Society6 shop, society6.com/treasureswild & in person, at BLISS Marketplace in Willimantic, CT.

* ADJUSTMENTS : : If you require any length or size adjustment, please contact us prior to ordering and we will provide you with any additional information necessary. Please be aware, adjustments requested after purchase may result in an additional invoice and items will not ship until all invoices are paid.

* CUSTOM WORK : : Relishing the creation of pieces that radiate mystery, folklore & whimsy, we welcome your inquiries regarding custom work. Deposits and/or payments made for any Custom work {this includes adjustments} are non-refundable.

* CARE OF YOUR CLOVEN ORIGINALS : : Best to keep ALL jewelry away from moisture or wet environments { i.e., do not store/leave your jewelry in bathrooms, kitchens, outdoors } Remove your pieces before bathing, swimming, exercising, etc. Do not expose ANY jewelry to water, perfumes, beauty products, detergents or jewelry cleaners. In the case of sterling or fine silver pieces purposely oxidized, due to the naturally occurring oils in your skin, some oxidization will, over time, wear away - please be aware of this prior to purchasing oxidized pieces.

Your new gems have been kept in safe storage while awaiting you, please give beaded or fabric designs some time to relax & lay flat.

If you receive a pair of earrings that includes silicone earring backs, please make sure that when using them, you gently twist them along the ear wire - never push them on, that can result in damage to the ear wire.

When not wearing your jewelry, please carefully store it in it's original box or an appropriate jewelry box/armoire.

* MATERIALS WE WORK WITH : : Loves, please be aware - especially those with metal sensitivities - that many of our pieces incorporate base metals. Most of our brass, antiqued brass, gunmetal, silver-plate, antiqued silver-plate & in some cases, copper & antiqued copper pieces are simply finishes over a base metal, such as nickel, etc. We do our best to make note of the metals/finishes used in each design so you can shop with confidence & as always, if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

And as an example, if a design states that it incorporates 'antiqued silver', trust that it is a FINISH ONLY. If we were to offer oxidized STERLING or FINE silver in a design, it would be clearly stated.

Gemstones. We love them, we can't get enough of them, we want some more of them! And we believe in only using natural stones. Nothing artificial or dyed here.

* ANTIQUE & NATURAL DESIGN ELEMENTS : : Elements of an antique or raw persuasion can, at times, be delicate in their nature. Though, we will always do our best to make note of the precise care needed in regards to these designs, please bare this in mind when donning one of these particular pieces. If ever you have a question concerning the proper care of a piece, please do not hesitate to contact us...
Be kind to your treasures and they will happily return the favor.

Vintage items are sold as is.

* SALES & DISCOUNTS : : Periodically we will hold sales in the shop { our biggest usually being our Xmas in July events } and for the most part, specials/discounts will be applied automatically at checkout during the sale - no need for you to do anything, just shop till your heart's content. If we should use a code, one that you will need to enter at checkout, it will be posted at the top of our site and throughout our FB and IG accounts.

Discounts/sales can not be combined with any other coupon/discount. Discounts/sales also can not be applied towards any custom work.

* FIRST EDITION | LIMITED EDITION | SPECIAL EDITION ITEMS : : Items noted as being First, Limited or Special Edition simply means that one or more of the elements used in its creation are of a limited, special and/or unknown supply and it may or may not be brought back to the shop in its original form, color, style, etc. Though there are ever evolving Collections within the shop (i.e. Frolic II, Glimpse, Green Witch, etc.), FIRST Edition will more than likely - though not always - refer to our scarf/cowl/hat designs, as yarns can come & go and more so, change in their dye lots. LIMITED Edition would refer to pieces that include vintage and/or antique elements that may become difficult to obtain over time, limiting the number of pieces we can design using them. Also, from time to time, Photography Prints may be retired, in effect making them limited in their printing as well. SPECIAL Edition would refer to a current design but with an added twist or extra special element/s.
And of course, as many of you know, the majority of Cloven's designs are in fact One of a Kind (OOAK), meaning it will be the one & only piece exactly like it. Ever.

* PHOTOGRAPHY PRINTS : : If you see a print in the shop you like but would prefer a different size, please don't hesitate to contact us & we will do our very best to accommodate your request. Watermarks will not appear on final photography prints. Prints are discreetly signed by the artist on the back. All photography artwork is printed by a professional print lab and will take up to 1-3 weeks for delivery. Also, from time to time, Photography Prints may be retired, in effect, making them LIMITED in their printing.
