Serpens Hedge Maze ~
Within the expansive bounds of our beloved Linden Conservatory lies the audacious and fascinating Serpens Hedge Maze.
Beyond what seems like a solid, towering wall of evergreen shrubbery, you will find a labyrinth of earthen & pebbled stone passages that twist and turn in intricate and elaborate arrangements ...
Feeling as though they could go on for days, your first objective is to not get lost.
Complete with walkways to nowhere and those that take you back from whence you came, there are also treasures to be found throughout the maze. Sculptures and statues depicting various historical characters and events from Cloven's chronology can be fortuitous happenstance to those attempting the puzzling paths.
The center of the Serpens Maze holds an extra-special treat for those fortunate enough to find it - I'm afraid I won't be able to divulge it's exact nature so as not to spoil things, but I can promise it will be well worth your efforts.
Our ode to the Maze, lies within an antiqued brass hand-wired strand of sea-blue sediment Jasper, wood tube beads and matte earthy green glass trade bead accents culminating in a verdigris copper freeform ring focal, adorned with a beaded fringe and an antiqued copper labyrinth pendant.
The necklace measures 24" long including the lobster claw clasp.
The ring measures 1.5" long x 1" wide. The pendant measures 1" wide.
